Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and chat to book appointments
  • Conduct friendly outbound follow-ups to customers who requested info or stopped responding
  • Pre-qualify customers and guide them through the application and approval process
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, updates, and follow-up tasks for every lead
  • Deliver a positive customer experience with empathy, professionalism, and urgency

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and contact customers with past-due accounts to set up payment arrangements
  • Provide support and problem-solving to customers experiencing financial challenges
  • Maintain accurate communication logs and account updates in the system
  • Coordinate with management regarding repossession decisions and recovery steps
  • Follow company and state regulations for collections, communication, and payment handling

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
  • Complete multi-point inspections and report findings accurately
  • Install parts, perform test drives, and ensure repairs meet quality standards
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and management regarding vehicle needs and timeline

Primary Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles to determine condition, repair needs, and market value
  • Create accurate repair estimates and documentation for internal use and insurance claims
  • Communicate findings with service team, customers, and vendors as needed
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters, vendors, and body shop teams when required
  • Maintain current knowledge of pricing, parts costs, and valuation guidelines

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for paint, including sanding, masking, and priming
  • Mix and match paint colors to factory specifications
  • Apply paint using proper equipment and techniques for a premium finish
  • Follow proper curing, drying, and polishing processes to ensure quality results
  • Maintain a clean paint booth and follow all safety and environmental standards

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, guests, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Handle paperwork, data entry, filing, and document organization for sales and service
  • Process payments, invoices, and internal recordkeeping accurately
  • Support dealership operations by answering phones and routing inquiries
  • Assist management with clerical tasks, compliance files, and scheduling needs
